Does my solar system work when it is rainy or it is cloudy?

YES, solar panels work also on rainy and cloudy days as long as there is some sunlight.
They just do not perform as well as they would on a bright sunny day. 

Do I need to clean the solar panel?

YES, clean the solar panel once a month in particular during dry and dusty periods to increase the performance.
The dust accumulated on the solar panel reduces the sunlight that is converted into electricity. 

Pricing

What is the difference between CASH, ANNUAL and MONTHLY pricing plan? 

Some of our products have Pay-As-You-Go technology and can be paid in installments via ANNUAL or MONTHLY payment offers, in particular: 

CASH: full payment upfront (no other payments are needed)

ANNUAL: the total payment is broken down in two installments paid 12 month apart 

MONTHLY: the total payment is broken down in multiple payments paid every 30 days

If I bought a product with ANNUAL or MONTHLY plan, can I clear my balance earlier to pay off the product? 

YES, it is possible to clear your balance or switch pricing plan. Please contact the OOLU customer service (0800 6658 76527 or 0800 6658 76527) to confirm the process and to know the amount to pay.

Warranty

What is included in the warranty?

OOLU’s warranties protect customers from defects from factory faults.
Damages from normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, neglect, accident, service by non-authorized agents or service centers, or acts of God are not covered under these warranties.

How can I get my product repaired/replaced if it gets broken?

If there is a fault with a product, the client can call the OOLU customer service (0800 6658 76527 or 0800 6658 76527) to receive support and plan a visit by OOLU’s agents for replacement or repair. As long as it’s under warranty, it will be covered free of charge.
